Mount Spitakasar (3,560 m) is the second-highest peak in the Geghama Range. Spitakasar is located near the Azhdahak volcano, but despite its extraordinary beauty and the stunning views of Lake Sevan that can be seen from its summit, tourists visit this area much less frequently due to challenging logistics. Nearby, you'll find the picturesque Nazeli volcano and the mountain lake Badi, which is perfect for a refreshing swim during the summer heat. This area is also home to significant archaeological discoveries, such as ancient petroglyphs and vishapakars, adding a sense of mystery and making the ascent of Spitakasar even more intriguing.
