Mt. Sevazhayr is located in the Vayots Dzor region of Armenia near the village of the same name and is part of the Vardenis range. The height of the mountain is 2727 meters, and from its rocky peak there is a beautiful view of the peaks of the Vardenis range, the villages of Sevazhayr and Vardahovit, as well as the valley of the Yeghegis River.
