Aragats is the highest mountain in Armenia, reaching 4,090 meters and impressing with its scale and beauty. The mountain lakes Rapi, Mtnalich, and Astkhan are located on the slopes of Mount Aragats near the village of Geghadzor at an altitude of over 3,000 meters, where it remains cool even on the hottest summer days.
All three lakes are situated relatively close to each other, making it possible to visit them in a single day. During the hike, we will be accompanied by views of Armenia's highest peak, the Northern Summit of Mount Aragats, right beneath which lies one of the three lakes—Mtnalich.
The lakes of Aragats are a true gem for those who wish to spend time in nature and explore the hidden corners of Armenia.
