Meghradzor is a valley located in the Tavush region in northeastern Armenia. The area is surrounded by forested hills and mountains. Meghradzor is known for its natural beauty, fresh mountain air, and rich biodiversity, including various species of plants, birds, and small animals.
Meghradzor Waterfall is located in the Meghradzor Valley. It is a mountain waterfall formed by a stream flowing down rocky slopes, creating a picturesque cascade. The waterfall can be reached on foot and is a popular natural attraction of the region.
Mount Papak (2,448 m) rises above the Meghradzor Valley. The mountain offers moderate hiking trails suitable for most visitors. From the summit, there are panoramic views of the surrounding forests, valleys, and mountains such as Ararat, Aragats, the Geghama Ridge, and the Pambak Range.
During the day, participants will see colorful murals in local villages, admire the first spring flowers, taste local mineral water, and enjoy honey tasting from a local producer.
